Server monitoring and failure operation

We are doing the following items below for Managed Hosting server monitoring in 24/365: 

  • Monitoring of any abnormal increase in CPU load (if threshold exceeds 80%, we will be notified).
  • Monitoring of increase/decrease running servers on AutoScaling.
  • Monitoring of HTTP Status 50x errors on the load balancers.
  • Monitoring of failures for any other services.

In case of errors detection in these monitoring, we will contact you via email and suggest the following: reboot the server and/or scale-up. We will respond to your message as soon as we receive your answer.


Business Hours of Operation

Japan: Monday to Friday (except Japan National Holidays) from 10:00 – 19:00 JST
US: Monday to Friday (except US National Holidays) from 10:00 – 19:00 JST
